In April 2010 the team at WWH alongside a handful of volunteers built a school in Uganda.
The school provided space for 100 children age between 8 and 18 years who previously had nowhere to study.

Throughout the year of 2010 WWH raised funds to uy Zinc tablets. It raised a considerable amount and sent of tens of thousand's of Zinc tablets to a medical centre in India. Every year 1.8 million children under the age of 5 die of Diarhea. The cure is Zinc and luckily only costs 20p to save a child's life. WWH saved thousands of children last year through it's Zinc Campaign. 

So not only does WWH connect thousands of volunteers to projects worldwide, but we take on board projects and initiatives ourselves to make change happen.
