About ORG
DESCRIPTION Ekari foundation is a nonprofit organization with the aim of promoting education to the youth of southern Malawi by sponsoring those that would not be able to go to school because of lack of support from parents or relatives.

During school breaks all students are accommodated in one house where they are supported with lessons by hired teachers. We are currently supporting 42 students who are in primary schools, high schools and others in colleges. We need volunteers who would be would help with tutoring during school breaks and volunteers who would be willing to teach in schools. The main subjects of focus are: English, Mathematics, Physical science, Biology and Information Technology.
