Mission

F.I.N.D. exists to offer support, educate, develop programs and advocate for the rights of marginalized groups (including women, children, youth and persons infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, etc.) within the Jamaican
community. We will work with everyone regardless of socio economic status, gender identification or sexual orientation. We aim to address community issues by providing shelters, community development and social services from an anti-oppressive framework.

Vision

To impact positively on society and contribute to national development, using empowerment as a vehicle to effect change in the lives of marginalized groups by creating an enabling environment where the rights of each individual is recognized. We will endeavor to accomplish this through our core values of: Commitment, Integrity, Accountability and Confidentiality.
