VMG is a professional Non-Governmental Organization committed to the development of impoverished areas within our operational area (Accra, Ghana) without political or religious affiliations. VMG has been committed to providing high quality, highly affordable internship and volunteer programs over the past eight years. We accomplish this through an equal commitment to recruiting and retaining the best human resources personnel by ensuring their welfare and motivation, and offering exciting and fulfilling experiences that result in efficient and effective volunteer work.
VMG is committed to ensuring the safety, flexibility, professionalism, transparency and excellence of our intern and volunteer abroad programs. We regularly travel to our project sites, meet with our volunteers, and revise our programs based on the developing needs of the local communities. Our team of coordinators; consistently praised and recognized by our volunteers for their friendliness, hard work, and professionalism; consists of young people who want to pass on their experiences and passion for travel and volunteerism.
Our mission is to offer a broad range of opportunities for volunteering or interning in Ghana, particularly through our customized internships. Apart from providing applicants with an opportunity to gain international work experience, our customized opportunities offer the chance to grow closer to a different country and its people. Our service provides the opportunity to experience a different lifestyle, to spend time with people of other cultures, and to learn another language all while gaining invaluable employment experience in a specific professional field.
