This policy (together with WWH’s terms of use www.worldwidehelpers.org and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data WWH collects from You, or that You provide to WWH, will be processed by WWH. Please read the following carefully to understand WWH’s practices regarding Your personal data and how WWH will treat it.

INFORMATION WWH MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

WWH may collect and process the following data about You:

• Information that You provide by filling in forms on the WWH site www.worldwidehelpers.org (the "Site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Site, subscribing to the WWH service, posting material or requesting further services. WWH may also ask You for information when You report a problem with the Site.
• If You contact WWH, WWH may keep a record of that correspondence.
• WWH may also ask You to complete surveys that WWH uses for research purposes, although You do not have to respond to them.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

WWH may collect information about Your computer, including where available Your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to WWH’s advertisers. This is statistical data about WWH’s users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
