Objectives are based on the use of ICTs for:
Changing ‘digital divide’ into a ‘digital opportunity.’
Empowering youths for self-reliance, self-dependency, self-employment etc.
Facilitating access to ICTs at an affordable cost.
Core ‘OfficePRO’ for TechCeFaCos’ ICT Development Initiatives i.e. programs and projects.
Achieving (MDGs) as well as improving socio-economic problems of Bui community.

Désenclavement of rural agricultural communities…TeleAgro etc.
Free IT training of minimum 10000 underprivileged youth of Bui community by 2015,
Creating ICT based employment opportunities for underprivileged youths.
Poverty alleviation of underprivileged youth through ICT awareness and potentialities,
Promote ‘Green Initiatives’ through multimedia data registration etc.
Promoting and encouraging ‘Micro-Credit/Finance Schemes’ through ICTs, eCommerce, ‘Shishárshe’ etc.
Equipping and empowering underprivileged youth for their professional capacity building.
Impacting opportunities for young women to come out of vicious circles, marginalization and lack of decision making in the mainstream.
Fostering and enhancing the achievement of MDGs…’EDUTAINMENT’-the arts of joyful education!
Enhancing e-waste initiatives…’Keeping Old PCs Alive’ and ‘Computers for Cameroon’ programs through our ICT Resource Laboratory.
Striving to satisfy community needs on ICTs and other related services.
Promoting social clubs/networks amongst youth.
Collecting and disseminating information on social issues like HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases(STDs) etc
